Today is my day off. I woke up refreshed and ready to meet the rigors of life -- at around 2:00 PM. Sometimes I really do not enjoy working third shift because at 2:00 PM things are winding down for everyone else more than they are starting up. I had wanted to visit the optometrist today with Eric. We both need it. He didn't really feel up to doing anything at all. His weekend starts a day before mine, so he was up and doing things while I was sleeping. This means that he was ready to sleep when I was ready to get going. So we decided not to do the eye doctor after all. Starting weight: 401 lbs Current weight: 366.8 lbs ⇩ Long-term Goal: 145 lbs Short-term Goal: 359 lbs I'm at 366.8 lbs today! This is the lowest number so far since starting my weight loss journey. 425 lbs. That's the highest weight I've ever seen on the scale. In April of 2017 I saw 415 lbs while at a doctor visit. Enough is enough! Diets have never worked for me, but I am not giving up the fight. Follow along with me in my journey. I am confident I can ultimately succeed. 145 lbs here I come!
