The pictures on this page show my progress over time at each of the short-term goals I set for myself along the way to my 145-lb ultimate goal.

My initial goal was simply to get under 400 lbs. I succeeded, and then I continued. Take a look!
Goal 1: Get under 400 lbs.
Goal 2: Get below 390 lbs.
Goal 3: Drop to under 360 lbs.
Likely near my highest weight of 425 lbs when I got married in May of 2015 to now -- December 2nd, 2018 -- at 322.2 lbs!
