Today marks the end of the second week since I started trying this crazy new diet method. That's an accomplishment in an of itself. Usually, the thing I try makes no difference whatsoever on my weight by this point, and I get angry/bored/perturbed/stressed/sad and stop giving it any effort. While I did have a major up-blip, I appear to be back on track. While yesterday had my weight back up to what it was back at Day 6, today I'm at Day 8's weight, and I'm sure it will drop even more tonight while I refuse to eat. That's right! As a sort of punishment of sorts for what I did to myself on Thursday night, I'm not eating at all while I'm at work tonight. I didn't make all that progress for nothing! I need to teach myself a lesson! LOL On Day 8 I was at 407.8 lbs. As of my last weigh-in around 7:00 PM CDT right before I left for work tonight, I was 0.2 lbs down from Day 8. 425 lbs. That's the highest weight I've ever seen on the scale. In April of 2017 I saw 415 lbs while at a doctor visit. Enough is enough! Diets have never worked for me, but I am not giving up the fight. Follow along with me in my journey. I am confident I can ultimately succeed. 145 lbs here I come!
