So I am down to my lowest weight ever today. I am 351 lbs. This means I have dropped a total of 50 lbs since my husband's birthday in March. That's just amazing! I don't expect this number to hold, though. I am still in my feasting period. I expect huge weight fluctuations, and if I balloon back up another 4 or 5 lbs, I won't be surprised. What I don't want to see is a regain back to 358.8 lbs or even more. Starting weight: 401 lbs Current weight: 351 lbs ⇩ Long-term Goal: 145 lbs Short-term Goal: 325 lbs I'm not sure when I should start my next 120-hour fast. I'm thinking that I should eat breakfast tomorrow, and then start my fast immediately after. That sounds like a good plan to me. I'm struggling with trying to figure out how calorie counts actually work from day to day. Is it based on the circadian rhythms? How does the body know when one day ends and another begins in terms of when I eat my calories? Do I have to eat them all...
425 lbs. That's the highest weight I've ever seen on the scale. In April of 2017 I saw 415 lbs while at a doctor visit. Enough is enough! Diets have never worked for me, but I am not giving up the fight. Follow along with me in my journey. I am confident I can ultimately succeed. 145 lbs here I come!
