Recipe fail! Wow! I made a super mess today. LOL. What did I do? I experimented and tried to make something that sounded good in my head. It did not turn out anything like I'd hoped.
It was so good, though. It was delicious! I ate the whole mess, and I'm not ashamed to admit that. I'm not ashamed at what I'm eating because I am losing so much weight.

I'm getting so skinny! Lol. I know I'm not anywhere near skinny yet, but clothes are fitting better, and I have a waist and a lap emerging. I didn't know I had those!
I think I finally got my electrolyte mix right. I got a new jug that holds about 74 oz. I filled it about 90% full and added 2 tbsp of my ne magnesium supplement that has no flavoring or stevia or any other sweetener. I put in 1/2 tsp potassium chloride, and 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt.
It doesn't taste too awful. It tastes about like mineral water. There is barely a taste at all. The only issue is that the magnesium doesn't fully dissolve, so I have to shake it up before I drink it or pour it, and I have to swallow some sediment. It could be worse.
