I'm writing and posting this on the 23rd, but my day starts at 6:30 PM (my morning) and ends after I get home from work the next morning at around 5:00 AM. Gotta love the graveyard shift! I'm considering this the 22nd.
It's Day 3, and I'm getting much better at taking my medicine, so to speak. Nary a gag to be had this time! Go me! *fist pump*
I've found that the best method of getting the ELOO down is the sip-and-swig. I'm sticking with that. I sip a little oil, I take a swig of water, and I repeat until down 2 Tbps of ELOO.
The diarrhea didn't last at all. I'm convinced now that it was due to the dietary change. Darn that chili-mac! Rude!
I got my scale today. Yay! And the pleasant surprise that I am 9.2 lbs down from what I thought I was starting at. This is a great motivator! I'm thinking I might keep the starting weight at 415 lbs since that was the last known number before starting. Current weight will hopefully continue to drop.
Starting weight: 415 lbs
Current weight: 404.8 lbs ⇩
Long-term Goal: 145 lbs
Short-term Goal: 399 lbs
I can meet that short-term goal! I got dis!
I still haven't noticed much change in appetite, but I haven't felt ravenous lately like I had been before starting the Shangri-la Diet (SLD). Maybe it's working. I don't know yet.
