My weight is up tow pounds today. It's not the end of the world. I know I can drop it again. It's still 1.2 lbs lower than two days ago, so I'm fine with it. It was a sharp up-turn, and I'm hoping to see a sharp down-turn tomorrow or the day after. It's my hope, but if it doesn't happen, I won't be as sad as I was when I gained 10 lbs over two days. That was tragic!
Starting weight: 415 lbs
Current weight: 353 lbs ⇧
Long-term Goal: 145 lbs
Short-term Goal: 325 lbs
I know what possibly cause the gain. I did a couple of things that could have done it. I was preparing food for my husband, and I did break my fast and eat a few things. I made the ham and cream cheese roll-ups, and I ate one of them. I also made a total of 72 mini quiche, and I ate six of those. I also ate a pickle.
In addition to the food that I ate, I also only slept about a total of four hours. That's because of all the time it takes for food prep and cooking. The mini quiche, for example, are done 24 at a time. So I have to make three pans, and each pan takes 20 minutes of actual baking with 10 to 15 minutes off cool-down. That time really adds up.
I have been watching episodes of My 600 Pound Life and Fat Doctor. These are very motivational for my weight loss. I have to say, though, that I'm jealous of the people in these shows for already having gone through it and come out the other side. I'm still fewer than three months into my diet, so I have a long ways to go yet.
I can't wait to see who I will become graph:
